Helen Lightfoot serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Imagine Enterprises and has been with the company for almost 10 years. 

She helps Imagine assess the relative risks and rewards of developing new services, such as the new fee-based Employment services recently initiated by Imagine Enterprises in Harris County and the Abilene/West Texas area. Beginning in early 2008 Helen will also oversee the development of new tracking and payment systems for Consumer Directed Services. 

CDS, a newly expanded option for eligible consumers under certain programs administered by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services for which Imagine will provide both Fiscal Management and Support Advisor services. Not content to be just Imagine’s “bean counter,” Helen also managed the website for a number of years (now in the very capable hands of Cheryl Harris), and currently provides videography services to document staff trainings and the success stories of people with disabilities and their families whose lives have improved through knowledge and an understanding of the principles of self determination.
 
She has 22 years of experience providing accounting services to nonprofit organizations plus 11 years of experience with the State of Texas as a contract auditor and fiscal monitor. She is an expert in fund accounting including grants and allocations management.
