Frank Perez is the Community Work Incentive Coordinator and travels throughout a 16-county region in West Texas, he joined the Imagine team in October 2006. He demonstrates the Social Security Work Incentives that promote employment for individuals who are receiving Title 2 & Title 16 benefits and his audience ranges from beneficiaries, professionals, family members, and anyone else interested in learning more about the work incentives. Frank collaborates with Local Workforce, One-Stop Workforce Center, Independent School Districts and public and private service providers to ensure eligible beneficiaries access these resources available to them. Mr. Perez encourages work through free and accurate information on how employment will affect Social Security cash benefits, medical coverage, and other needs-based services.
Frank comes to Imagine with over 7 years of experience assisting people with disabilities to become a part of their community. Mr. Perez prior to joining Imagine Enterprises as a Benefits Planning, Assistance and Outreach (BPAO) with a five-year cooperative agreement with Social Security Administration (SSA). The grant was a product of the Ticket to Work and Work Improvement of 1999. He utilized his bi-lingual skills and traveled far West Texas, a 13-county region during his tenure from 2003 thru 2006. He also worked as a Fair Housing Education and Outreach Program Coordinator he coordinated a Fair Housing Education and Outreach Program designed to educate and facilitate Fair Housing practices within the El Paso County.
