Thousands of Texans with disabilities have waited for years for their turn to receive Medicaid waiver services. Additional state funding means the wait is finally over for many people who want to receive disability or aging support services in their homes or other community settings.  In the months to come, as waivers are phased in, people with disabilities and those who support them will be faced with a number of important decisions about how and where they want to live.
